UPDATE: Dover’s Kat Howland Makes History at Sweetheart Pagaent

I have researched every single sanctioned pageant in American History and CANNOT find a DOUBLE preliminary winner for NH. Kat did it! Both Prelim. Interview and Prelim. Swimsuit victories! An amazing and unprecedented achievement.

I can't wait for her to get back to The Granite State so I can congratulate her and ask her hundreds of questions about the 18K Gold Hoopeston Pendant that may or may not be a figment of my imagination.

Dover's pageant domination will not stop here as 2016 Miss New Hampshire Caroline Carter will compete this Sunday at Miss America. Somebody should really change the name of Garrison City to Tiara City and do so post haste!
