World Series Trophy Coming to Portsmouth

The Red Sox 2013 World Series Trophy is coming to the Portsmouth Library on March 25th and will be on display from 3-4:30pm. The event is free and open to the public.

As I wrote a while ago, having your picture taken with a trophy that you have zero connection with, other than time spent rooting for others to succeed, for me is a great sense of accomplishment.

The picture of me with the New Jersey Devils Stanley Cup is proudly displayed in my home, and I hate the Devils. Still makes me feel good when I look at it, though.
