Wrong Way Woman on I-93 in Canterbury Allegedly Registers Very High BAC

Travelling northbound in the southbound lane of I-93 around Exit 17, I guess that's understandable, however,  the alleged blood alcohol content of the driver. Wow.

According to several sources, Jessica Powers of Townsend MA had a blood alcohol content of .29 which is FOUR times the legal limit.

Several concerned motorists began calling authorities to report a red Mazda heading the wrong way on I-93 last night around 8pm.

Powers was released on personal recognizance bail, but then placed in custody for her safety in Merrimack County Corrections in Boscawen NH.

I've read several of these local stories in the past both on-air and in private and I can't remember anyone ever registering a POINT THREE. This still isn't a POINT THREE though, so, hopefully that record will remain unbroken.
