The other day, I wrote about property here in NH that you could buy for about 2 million dollars.  One was in-town Portsmouth and the other was in Meredith.  Turns out, there's another property in Newington that I absolutely love and it too, costs about 2 million.  Why are all these great properties on sale for 2 million?!  I can't afford 2 million, but I can dream, can't I?  Admittedly, this property needs a little work to update it, but c'mon, it was built in 1760 and the grounds look absolutely amazing.

The property comes with 964 feet of waterfront.  That's enough of a private beach to go swimming in whatever you want to swim in.  These days, I prefer a burka out in public if I'm going to swim with people around, but if I had this private beach, I'd consider a real life bathing suit.  Maybe even a two piece.  From that far of a distance, people wouldn't be able to tell if I was a human or a sea creature, so I'd feel okay with my attire.
