Just when you think things are getting better.

This story comes out of WCVB-TV, which is reporting that more cities and towns in Massachusetts are becoming high-risk for COVID-19 and some are warning that Boston could become the next hot spot of infections.

The report says that Boston is one of three cities that could see outbreaks along with Baltimore and Chicago.

Dr. David Rubin says in the report;

It’s kind of a like the perfect storm that is developing in Boston.....  it’s not just in, let’s say Essex County or Suffolk County of Boston, it’s in all the counties in the region. You can see the pace of transmission picking up.

The doctor goes on to say in the report that it gets cold quickly here.  There is not a lot of ramp up - we go from warm to OMG COLD in a very short amount of time, so that's a contributor too.  Some schools are going back to the actual brick and mortar building, which means there are a lot of people out and about, getting ready for the school year.

Here in NH, we have 305 total current cases as of today and 18 people in the hospital, due to COVID, according to the NH.GOV website.

It's so depressing to think about with all this that's going on right now.  There are people who won't wear masks and others who won't go out of their houses, they're so scared.  I don't know how much longer we will have to live through all of this, but it seems that it is not going to end anytime soon.
