The coffee chain recently became more Starbugs than Starbucks.

Last Saturday evening, Christine Schadler and her family stepped up to the counter at a Starbucks inside the Milford Target store, they were expecting to order coffee. According to NBC 10 Boston, that didn't happen. They were shocked to see bugs crawling over the food in the display case. Shadler reportedly brought this to their attention, telling NBC 10 Boston "I asked the employee that was working there if he was aware of the bug situation in the display case and he said, 'Oh, yeah, we've been battling those for weeks."

NBC 10 Boston reported the food in the case was for show at this location, and not served to customers. They also reported that pest control and a local health inspector have since visited the Starbucks, and the shop passed inspection. Schadler continued "If they have that many bugs in the display case, my natural thought progression was how many bugs are behind the scenes, I thought it was kind of gross."

Schladler shared the video to the Starbucks Facebook page, and they said "this is certainly not up to our standards."
