Celtics Honor Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett with Tribute Videos [VIDEO]

It was quite a night at the TD Garden on Sunday for the return of Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett. It certainly lived up to the hype and did not disappoint. The Celtics went on to lose the game, but as fans, we all came out winners. Take a look at the video tributes the Celtics put together.

Everyone remembers the first athlete to make a lasting impression on them as a youngster, especially in an area rich in professional sports like New England. This is the kind of athlete that transcends any generation of former players. The kind of player you say to your kids, and grand kids, "oh you should have seen him play!".

Paul Pierce is that player. In 40 years, when I'm watching the Celtics on Christmas day in my Paul Pierce footy pajamas, I'll gather all the kids together and tell them about the 15 magnificent years of The Truth.
