Chef Damian told WBZ NewsRadio that he first forms and hand-cuts these mac and cheese-filled donuts, then breads them with panko and fries them up to that delicious golden brown so they have a crispy texture.  After that, he sprinkles a bit of salt over each donut before pouring his own creamy cheese sauce with bacon and scallions over the masterpiece. The cheesy concoction is then put in a skillet with chipotle barbecue sauce.
