Dover Man Faces Bank Robbery Charge
(Dover, NH) - A Dover man will be arraigned today for robbing the Dover branch of Northeast Credit Union Friday afternoon.
18 year old Austin McLean of Spring Street in Dover was arrested several hours after he allegedly entered the credit union on Members Way and handed a teller a note indicating he had a weapon and demanding cash. He fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.
Police posted surveillance photos of the suspect on social media, and received a number of tips that led to the arrest of McLean.
He will be arraigned on a Robbery charge in Strafford County Superior Court.
