Epping is The Center of the SUSHI Universe

Usually when I take photos of anything I'm eating, or that I've made, I get ewwwws instead of ooooohs. Thanks to KUME Steakhouse in Epping, I'll now be the envy of the culinary world!

I believe the featured photo above is called 'The Awesome Roll' and it must be a secret item because I can't find it on their menu. Thank to Pearla at FBT for ordering it because it truly earned it's name.

The fresh sliced jalapeno on top really took this masterpiece to a new level.

I wholeheartedly suggest you try it, if you're like me and can't find it on the menu, point to this picture and say 'THIS ROLL LOOKS AWESOME'. That should do the trick !

Beef Negimaki

I cannot overstate how much I love the above dish. Broiled beef wrapped around fresh scallions with a teriyaki sauce. I seriously think I could eat 100 Negimaki without effort.

This place is just a traffic light or two from Exit 7 on Route 101 in the Brickyard Square plaza.
