Fugitive Flees From Rochester Police

(Rochester, NH) - Authorities searched, but Marcus Green eluded capture Tuesday evening.

49 year old Marcus Green of Rochester is wanted on an outstanding warrant charging him with Possession Of Controlled Narcotic Drugs.

He was spotted by Rochester Police on Lafayette Street, but ran off. Police set up a perimeter in the River Street area and searched using a K-9, but Green was not located.

Authorities say there is no threat to the safety of the public.
