This week I managed to bench press 115lbs THIRTY FOUR TIMES (over three sets). I always hated bench pressing in high school because it was embarrassing to only lift half of what smaller people were lifting with ease. Also the impending doom of a heavy bar dropping and crushing your chest cavity bothered me.

Thanks to FBT, I have no fear of injury because their bench has a safety rack that will prevent any accident (along with their expert supervision). Also the high-repetition sets are more effective than the dangerous testosterone infused MAX sessions we used to do for football.

Speaking of MAX sessions, my 115lb reps are sure to put 'Tiny' Meeker on high alert that I am now LESS than 1000 pounds away from his World Record. Watch out Tiny! *FLEX*
