National Anthem Done With a Trumpet Brings Player to Tears [VIDEO]

This is how the National Anthem should be performed from here on out.

No voice gimmicks. Just a smooth ass trumpet from Chris Botti on Monday Night Football last night. So smooth in fact, it brings Reggie Wayne to tears (see 1:30 mark).

I have no clue why, but for some reason I get really uncomfortable when I'm watching a sporting event (in person or on TV) and it's time for the National Anthem. I think it's because I don't like to hear someone screw up with a voice crack, or mess up the lyrics.

Performing the National Anthem with some brass is a perfect way to avoid my cringing, and any potential singing mistakes. Sign me up!
