It’s Illegal in NH To Run a Lemonade Stand But That Could Soon Change

Country Time Lemonade is trying to legalize lemonade stands in the states where you need to have a permit.  They will even pay for it.  All the details are here in this video:

Currently, there are 14 states that it is legal to run a lemonade stand and Massachusetts is one of them.
