Man Arrested For Shooting Up Drugs in Rochester [NEWS]

( Rochester, N.H.) - Police in Rochester have arrested a Somersworth man who they say was using intravenous drugs in the parking lot of the Hannaford supermarket on Milton Road.

Billy Hensley was charged with possession of a controlled drug at about 12:50 yesterday afternoon after undercover officers saw him using drugs in a vehicle. Hensley was released on $5,000 dollars personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court on December 22nd.
