Market Basket Receives Top Marks For Customer Satisfaction From Consumer Reports And Here’s Why

According to a recent report from Consumer Reports, Market Basket has received top marks for customer satisfaction.  The results came from a study of Consumer Report members and are based on the following:

We asked members to judge supermarkets, warehouse clubs, and supercenters—mass merchandizers with on-premises groceries—on 13 grocery-store attributes, including cleanliness, price, food quality and variety, checkout speed and staff helpfulness, selection of healthy options and locally produced foods, and variety of international and multicultural foods.

I agree 100% with this report, as does just about everyone else who I know, including the employees of Market Basket.  Just look at this poster from the back room (on the way to the bathrooms - I had to pee!) at the Lee Market Basket shown here.
