Market Basket’s Coupon Celebrating Their Anniversary is a Facebook Hoax

Don’t be fooled by the latest Facebook hoax involving Market Basket and a $85-$90 off coupon. It’s a scam!

The link started circulating social media channels, namely Facebook couple weeks ago, offering shoppers a chance to cash in on a $85-$90 grocery coupon at Market Basket locations in the New England area.

It looked official with the supermarkets logo at the top of it. However, it has since been proven a hoax, so stop sharing it, or trying to cash it in.

Last winter Market Basket was the victim of a similar prank involving a $200 coupon.
