Mookie Betts’ Latest Dance Reminds Me of Sha Na Na

The Red Sox are hot and the dance moves of their outfield are arguably even hotter. Mookie's latest 'performance' made me think of one of my favorite TV shows from the 70's.

I've heard that Mookie's dance was named 'The Cobra', but the above video proves that this move has been done before.

This is the signature dance of Jon 'Bowzer' Bauman formerly of Sha Na Na.

Hopefully there will be no copyright infringement litigation filed and we can all look forward to the next victory dance celebration.

As for me, I'll be spending the next few hours binge watching Sha Na Na reruns on YouTube.
