This is a fun, new way to tackle the 'heavy ropes' at your gym. If you're lucky enough to have the space, (Fit Body Transformations in Kingston does!) this game will get your heart racing!

The rules for the game are still being developed. HOWEVER

Every time your opponent screams because the 'current' is flying at her at a frightening speed, that's one point.

You score another point if you can get your opponent to drop the rope either accidentally or on purpose.

Usually a timed set of :60 seconds is more than enough to get some good cardio in.

Repeat four sets and count up the points!
