New YMCA Opens In Exeter

(Exeter, NH) - A ribbon cutting ceremony this morning will mark the opening of the new Exeter Area YMCA.

The Exeter Area Y is a major expansion of the Southern District YMCA services to the community.

The 33-thousand square foot facility on Linden Street includes an indoor track overlooking a full basketball gym, a Wellness Center with state-of-the-art cardio and weight equipment, 3 group fitness studios, a Kids Club drop-in child care center, the Odyssey Center for teens and a multi-purpose community room.

A full grand opening celebration will be held tomorrow from 10 am to 4 pm.
