NFL Stands for Not For Long; Sam Latest Eliminated On DWTS

I'm reasonably certain that at least half of the civilized world waits for me to finish watching the latest episode of Dancing With The Stars on my DVR, just so they can read my weekly rant. So who am I to disappoint the millions? Here it goes.

Michael Sam, the only admittedly gay NFL player in the 139 year history of professional football, has been eliminated.

This angers me for two reasons.

1.) He is one of only 3 stars on this years cast that I've actually heard of before.

2) The one year I played football, my style was always compared to that of many gay icons.

If he won this year, it may prevent future football coaches from screaming insults at their players if the maligned group of famous people included a former SEC Defensive Player of the Year WITH a Mirrorball Trophy. The argument would become moot and the October skies would no longer echo with such hostility.

If I may regress to the Yang side of my principle for a moment, his partner Peta Murgatroyd has also been eliminated and my yang will miss her dearly.
