Apparently, I haven't been drinking quite enough wine and neither have you, if you live in NH and you're a fan of the vino.  We only got 2nd place as the state that loves wine the most.

New England takes up four out of the Top 10 spots for the states who drink the most wine, according to zippia.com.  New Hampshire came in at #2 in this survey, Vermont right behind us at #3, Massachusetts at #5 and Connecticut comes in at #7.  Not bad, New England, not bad.   According to this survey, our favorite wine is Cabernet in New England, except for Maine.  They like Rose.

There were only three choices though for wine - Cabernet, Pinot Noir and Rose.  C'mon now, where's the Malbec?  My favorite is Malbec from Argentina.  Just delicious stuff.  Is that a form of Cabernet though?  I don't know for sure.  I LOVE wine, but honestly, I don't know a whole heck of a lot about it compared to some of the other people I know.  I would love to be a somalier... sommaliyer..... summalier... Wine Expert.  I guess I would first have to know how to spell the word.

Coming in at Number 1 is Idaho.  I can get behind that.  I mean, Idaho is known for their potatoes, right?  Can't you make moonshine out of potatoes?  Why can't you make wine?  It might be a thing!  If somebody comes up with a way to create it, I'll try it.  Potatoes are my favorite things in the whole wide world.  Well, next to wine.  Wine is my favorite.
