It's breeding season, and New Hampshire Fish and Game are warning us that it's likely we'll see more wild turkeys out and about.

These turkeys like to gather near the side of highways and other roads, and they'll think nothing of darting out onto the road chasing food or other potential mates.

Early in the morning is a good time to be extra careful when driving as that's when the turkeys are pretty active.

These turkeys are capable of doing some damage, flying into windshields and getting into homes and trashing the place.

Not too mention attacking yours truly and others while out for a leisurely afternoon walk.

You've been warned.
