NH Spends a Disproportionate Amount of Money on This
At first, when I found out what NH spends a ton of money on, I thought it was weird and didn't think it could be right, but then I thought, wait... this is cool.
According to zippia.com, New Hampshire spends a ridiculous amount of money on blown glass sheets. You know - those sheets of glass that people use for stained glass projects. Click here to see what I'm talking about.
I have been to the League of NH Craftsman's Fair and there ARE a lot of glass artists. Like Chippaway Artists in Pelham. I actually have one of their creations right now hanging in my living room. It's beautiful! As a matter of fact, there are 20 studios that I can find in this Google Search.
I have taken a few stained glass classes and I loved it. At one point, I thought I might do it for a living, but then I would have to quit my job and live like an artist. No offense to any artist, but in the beginning, I hear it's hard to eat, so I didn't do it. I like to eat. The pieces that I have, however, are beautiful and I have given many away. One hangs in my son's apartment and I like to think that he thinks of me when the sun shines through!
Massachusetts, according to the article, spends a ton of money on lobsters. Makes sense. The state that you would think would have the same results, Maine, they spend a ton of money on HAM SHOULDER. HAHA! Maybe they're just sick of those lovely, delicious sea treats.
