New Hampshire Walmart Shopper Alert: Experts Recommend Which Days to Go and Stay Away

There was a time in my life when I really loved going shopping (mostly clothes shopping), but I would also take my time in the grocery store, read the product labels, and plan out meals that best fed my family.

I don't know why, but the grocery stores have become so busy. It's discouraging to go at any time, but we all have to.

Turns out, there are better times to go to Walmart than on a Saturday afternoon.

For the Best Selection, New Hampshire Walmart Shoppers Should Go on Tuesday

If you're going to one of the 26 Walmart stores in New Hampshire, then you might want to rearrange your schedule for this.

According to eatingwell.com, Tuesdays are the days that the staff has had a chance to restock the shelves from the weekend. So if you're looking for that certain pasta sauce that everyone goes for, chances are, they'll have it on Tuesday once again.

Only Have Weekends?

If you only have the weekends to go shopping, whether it's Portsmouth, Rochester, or one of the other Granite State Walmarts, don't wait until late morning or early afternoon, as that's when everyone decides to go.

Either get your butt out of bed and go when they first open, or go late at night when the sun goes down (which is what I prefer).

Not only do you have more room to move around, but you can people watch at Walmart, and that is one of the most fun things to do in the whole wide world.

Avoid the Weekends if Possible

If at all possible, avoid going to Walmart on Saturday or Sunday late morning and afternoon, according to eatwell.com.  The lines will be horrifically long (putting the staff under pressure), the selection of food will be much less, and the fresh food may be less fresh.

Better to stick to Tuesday mornings, if at all possible.

With many New Hampshire families having flex time for work, maybe you can make that happen.  It will be less stressful for you.
