In other parts of the United States, gas has continued to nudge higher while New England's prices dip.
Winters in New England are tough, even this one. January was warm, and February has yet to deliver on it's usual snow promises. Instead, we end up shoveling slush, followed by chipping ice after a deep freeze. Why do we live here again?
Well, one bright spot for anyone who loathes this season is the fact gas prices tend to be at their lowest. In a world of supply and demand, gas prices traditionally begin to creep north mid to late February. For much of the United States, this has been the case, with one exception.
