Police continue to search for leads, and are requesting the public's assistance.

Monday morning, a flag supporting a re-election bid by the President of the United States was ripped down and caught on camera. According to Fosters Daily Democrat, Rochester Police Captain Todd Pinkham said a resident reported the unidentified person stole and destroyed a blue-and-red Trump 2020 flag hanging from the front of his home.

According to the Rochester Police Department's Facebook page, the suspect has been identified as a male. Officer Marshall is on the case and looking for the public's help.  If you know this suspect's identity please call 330-7128 and reference case # 19-4621-OF.

In the comments section of the original post, Roxanne Ajemian, who seems to be the resident who reported the incident wrote "To anyone who thought this was funny or you think he did a good thing, I hope you never have anything stolen from you, regardless of what it is." The post also stated they identified the suspect. However, as of Wednesday morning, the case is still open.
