According to an article in Foster's, lane closures are beginning starting September 3rd for the next phase of the rehab of the Piscataqua River Bridge, going Southbound from Kittery to Portsmouth.   Traffic will be restricted to limited lanes to accommodate concrete demolition.

According to the report, beginning the week of September 9, the single-lane restriction will run from Monday morning through Friday afternoon. This new traffic pattern will be in effect every week through the Columbus Day weekend, but not during weekends when traffic counts are higher.

I have to say, I never let construction and/or improvements spoil my day or make me angry because of any delays.  The alternative would be have really poor roads and bridges and that would most certainly be worse than any delays that this may cause.  It's not forever anyway and, as always, just keep the Shark cranked in your car and you'll be on your way in no time!  I know we're headed in to the cold weather, but that shouldn't stop you from opening up your windows and crankin' it!
