This is happening a month after filing Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and closing dozens of the popular women's fashion stores across the U.S. Now, the retailer is shutting down all its remaining stores and also terminating the online store as per WMTW.

The mall-based retailer catered to teens and young women in their 20s and 30s; however, older women liked the clothing too. Fun fashion basics were the core of Charlotte Russe, appealing to school girls and young professionals alike. However, WMTW's report says the company "missed the mark with fashion trends."

Charlotte Russe has many locations in New England, including the Maine Mall and Pheasant Lane Mall, Rockingham Plaza and Mall of New Hampshire.

Charlotte Russe's final call is a slogan that customers are hearing more often than not.: "All stores, all sales final.
