"For behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy..." Wait, that's a Bible verse, isn't it? Well, either way, it rings true to many of us today.

It's already September 1, and fall enthusiasts like yours truly are looking forward to a season of comfy sweaters, apple picking, corn mazes, haunted happenings, spooky movie nights, colorful foliage, and of course, seasonal drinks.

On August 17, Dunkin' was early to the game and announced that their fall drinks, including pumpkin spice lattes and cream cold brews, were now available for the season. In their words, "It's never too early to kick off the fall fun." We couldn't agree more.

That said, we know the deep Dunkin'–Starbucks divide amongst New Englanders. You're either a diehard Dunkin' fan, in which case you've probably helped yourself to multiple pumpkin drinks already, or a devoted Starbucks fan who's still patiently waiting. If you're part of the latter group, we've got some awesome news for you.

You can now grab yourself a pumpkin spice latte or a pumpkin cream cold brew at your local Starbucks. The official news from the company was posted on August 30, and people are already taking advantage of indulging in this delicious drink while it's here.

This writer's already had multiple pumpkin spice lattes from both Dunkin' and Starbucks, and both are scrumptious. You're missing out if you don't give them a try, so be sure to stop by one of these establishments and treat yourself to a pumpkin beverage today. You won't regret it.

Here's to an exciting, fun-filled fall season to come.
