These Are Seven of the Best Winter Towns in New Hampshire
Let's be honest, this winter has been underwhelming at times.
Yes, we've had a handful of snowstorms here in New England, as well as that horrible arctic freeze. Did you know that the winds atop New Hampshire's Mount Washington made the summit the coldest place on Earth at the time? Just take a look at this footage below. It's crazy stuff.
Anyway, besides the handful of times Mother Nature has given us wintry weather this season, temperatures have been unusually mild. Heck, as this article is being written, it's 55 degrees outside. How wild is that?
Nonetheless, we're still in wintertime, and as we New Englanders know, anything can happen when it comes to the weather. This time a few weeks from now, we could be shoveling ourselves out of our homes and driveways again. You never know.
With that in mind, we decided to compile a list of some of the best towns to visit in New Hampshire this winter. You know, the places with that special charm resembling a Hallmark movie when it gets cold and snowy outside? We went on Facebook to ask what locals thought, and had seven towns recommended to us. Let's take a look at what they are:
