Police fans, drummers, great music enthusiasts, listen up.  Stewart Copeland, drummer for the Police and so much more has announced a tour.  Stewart will be at venues in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, but.. he won't be playing the drums.  As a matter of fact, he isn't going to play any instruments at all.

Stewart Copeland is a rock star.  The Police started out as Stewart's band in the late 1970's when he recruited Andy Summers and Sting.  Everyone knows the songs that those three musicians created are so deep into our musical history growing up, it's impossible to think of the childhood of Gen X without them.

There are so many incredible Police songs, it's hard to choose the best ones.

After the Police broke up, each band member went on to do their own thing.  Stewart wrote film scores and took the music of the Police in a different direction in one tour called Police Deranged, which was a collection of Police songs performed with different arrangements and an orchestra, with Stewart in the middle of it all.

On this tour, he is going on stage without a drum kit.  Without any instruments, in fact.  Just two chairs, a couple of microphones and Stewart talking about "the Police, Hollywood and other adventures."  This is his first spoken word tour.
