The name of the city where this motor marathon melee began? Rushville. Sometimes these things just write themselves.

Perhaps even more impressive than his name is Mr. Jones' ability to avoid expensive incarceration. Unlawfully fleeing police, speeding and having an unregistered, uninsured and uninspected vehicle resulted in only posting $1000 bail.
