Because it's disputed territory between countries, the remote Machias Seal Island is the only place in Maine you can be born with dual citizenship

It's summer in Northern New England, and thousands of humans will flock to the beach. However, we will not be alone, and there are proper steps to take if you see a beached seal.

This is only the second seal rescued by the SSC Marine Mammal Rescue to be released in New Hampshire.
