I had no idea there was a telephone museum in Warner, New Hampshire. The museum opened in 2005 during the Annual Warner Fall Foliage Festival and has been delighting visitors ever since.

The New Hampshire Telephone Museum houses the collections of the Violette and Bartlett families and Gary Mitchell, who all worked in the telephone industry. The museum has also received pieces from the public. They feature over 1000 artifacts and hold guided tours.

The museum is currently open Tuesdays and Saturdays from 10am-4pm or by appointment, but after May 1st, they are open Tuesdays through Saturdays, same hours.

This would be a fantastic destination for a school field trip. Inexpensive and educational. It would make a great family day trip as well. The museum is in a beautiful building that looks very well maintained.

If you're interested in the history of telephones and telecommunications this is the place for you. From the first phone models, to the Garfield phone to cell phones, they cover it all.
