The Seacoast NH Counties With Highest COVID-19 Rates
According to the NH COVID-19 Response Dashboard, all ten NH Counties have substantial levels of community spread and the cases within NH's seacoast counties are the most troubling.

Though the test positivity may be slightly lower in Rockingham County, the overall numbers are just as alarming.

The criteria for 'Substantial Community Transmission' and 'High Community Transmission' varies slightly depending on which source you reference.
According to The CDC, Rockingham and Strafford Counties are experiencing COVID-19 transmission of the highest level, which is when the positivity rate exceeds 5%.
Interestingly enough, using the CDC criteria, the only US State with a level of Substantial COVID-19 transmission, is our neighbor, Maine.
I'd have guessed Vermont, because it seems as if they're always used as the gold standard for COVID safety, but Vacationland stands alone.
