According to WMUR, the top of Mt Washington Saturday morning was -38 degrees with a wind chill making it feel like 97 below. 97 BELOW!!

Mt. Washington tied with the Canucks in Ontario, Canada for the second-coldest reading on Earth. Jakutsk, Russia saw the lowest temperatures on the planet: -38 degrees. So if you complained about being chilly walking to your car, just think of how the meteorologists at the top of Mt. Washington felt!

It's a pretty cool claim to fame to be living in the second coldest place on the planet....or is it?
