The Shark’s Halloween Spooky Cruise Costume Contest [GALLERY]

The Shark's annual Halloween Spooky Cruise with the Isles of Shoals Steamship Co. was another scary success. Thanks to the 99.9% of passengers who dressed up and participated in the costume contest.
