Here's my interview with Ron Capps, a man who not only knows how to reach 325 MPH in a couple seconds, but also where to get a truly great lobster roll.

I was happy to learn about 'The Burn Out' which is an essential and literal 'warm up' before the race begins that helps to expand the tires and creates better friction when the lights turn green.

Being that Ron is originally from San Luis Obispo, CA, I was surprised to learn about his passion for New England Lobster Rolls and how any attempt at them OUTSIDE this region is sad and inadequate.

Hopefully, his hot streak (whenever he is interviewed by yours truly) will continue this weekend at The New England Nationals at New England Dragway in Epping.
