This New Hampshire Company Wants More Babies in the Office

An organic skin-care company in western New Hampshire is encouraging employees to bring their babies to work.

W.S. Badger, an organic skin-care company, has instituted a 'Babies at Work' policy. The company thinks bringing babies to work will not cause a distraction but will actually foster a better work environment

Being a new parent with a one-year-old at home I can't imagine having my daughter at the office. Total distraction. That being said, if the alternative is paying another mortgage for daycare then I'm team 'Babies at Work' all day every day.
