(Rochester, NH) - Three people, including the victims mother, are facing court appearances this morning in connection with the overdose death of Evangelique "Eve" Tarmey last month.

Officials have determined that 17 year old Eve Tarmey died on October 17th  of Acute Fentanyl Intoxication and ruled the death an accident.

Police have charged 41 year old Mark Ross, who lives in the Riviera Motel room where Tarmey died, with several felony charges including Dispensing A Controlled Drug - Death Resulting. 31 year old Leslie Aberle of Salisbury, Massachusetts is facing similar charges.

Tarmeys mother, 41 year old Jazzmyn Rood of Rochester, faces charges including Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Reckless Conduct for putting her daughter in danger.

The three were arrested Thursday after a nearly month-long investigation by local, county state and federal officials.

Rood and Ross will appear in Rochester District Court while Aberle is scheduled for an appearance in Newburyport, Massachusetts.
