It truly is an understatement that Seacoast homes are selling at light speed and at high prices!

According to a story from the Manchester Union Leader, real estate agents have sold 10 properties in April that were over a million dollars asking price.  The highest price was a gorgeous home directly on the beach in Seabrook that just sold for 2.675 million.  It's beautiful and I would argue if you put this same house in Rye, it would have sold for twice that amount.  Just sayin', location, location, location.

If you're considering buying a home here in New Hampshire, I would suggest looking every single day and jumping on those listings as soon as possible.  If you are thinking about selling, now might be the time to do so.  Having seen this sort of thing happen before, (remember 2007/2008?  Of course you do) I might throw that puppy on the market sooner than later.

Also, asking for a friend - are you interested in a lovely 3 bedroom ranch with a finished basement on an acre of land in the Seacoast?  Hit me up.  :)
