Master Shucker Chris Buxton from Surf Restaurant in Portsmouth shows us how to shuck oysters like a pro.

After all, you learn from the best right? Buxton is a champion shucker and recently competed in the national oyster shucking competition in Maryland.

The Newmarket native can get oysters ready to eat in only a few seconds.

Not shown in the video is his little carrying case for his knives and gloves. Pretty impressive to watch.
