Waterfront Property in Kingston? You Bet Your Bippy

What's a bippy?  Anyway....

One of life's silver linings is that, for now, we still have the internet to dream of.....  REAL ESTATE!

Oh, how I love looking at beautiful houses that I may or may not own in my life.  I can tell you, in looking at real estate here on the Seacoast, it is FLYING off the market and I mean, FLYING.  Good for homeowners, I guess, right?  Being a homeowner myself, I may still be suffering from PTSD from the 2008 real estate bubble burst.  Oh... that was rough on our home values and on our 401K's.  I am happy that the home values are going up, I just always put an asterisk by those numbers because, ya never know.

Today, we go to Kingston, NH.

Kingston is not one of those towns that people talk about very much and that's the way the residents like it.  Kingston is right next to Exeter and I don't think of it as being a town that you would look for waterfront property, but I'd be wrong about that.  There is waterfront property and ....I want it.  (Of course I do!)

Check out 5 Highland Road in Kingston.

It is listed, according to Realtor.com, for $588,000.  Not only is it a beautiful property by itself, but there is so much potential with this property.  It comes with 1.5 acres, so, you could build another structure on the property (with the right permits, of course.)
