According to a story from WGME, Wreaths Across America, who has an annual mission to deliver one million wreaths to Arlington National Cemetery in Washington D.C., continues their way thru Maine today making stops in Old Orchard Beach and Kittery.

The report goes on to say that the Wreaths will be in New Jersey on Wednesday and Philadelphia on Thursday.  On Friday, they will arrive in Washington D.C.

Regardless of your political affiliation, Wreaths Across America is a powerful sight to see.  Every wreath they carry represents the life of a fallen soldier.

According to their website, Wreaths Across America coordinates wreath-laying ceremonies at more than 1,400 locations across the United States, at sea and abroad.  If you would like to become a Location Coordinator for a cemetery in your area, contact them and they will help you.  There is no cost involved, just your time and gratitude for our fallen soldiers.
