Start your 4th of July festivities in Dover with the annual reading of the Declaration of Independence.
Garrison Players Arts Center performers Don Briand as John Adams, Tom Dunnington as Benjamin Franklin and Rich Salvati as Thomas Jefferson will read the Declaration on the steps of the Dover City Hall at 9am.
Dover mayor Karen Weston will also speak.
It's an annual tradition in Dover on Independence day, and a wonderful learning experience for everyone.
