Pleasant says they love the passion and and creativity of bringing skilled performances, tight sounds, and contagious energy to their live shows. They're so proud of all they've accomplished, and are ready for the Seacoast to get to know them.  They're out of Dracut, Massachusetts, on the New Hampshire border, just southeast of Nashua.

They have videos and albums that are so contagious you'll want to listen to them at home or in the car after you hear them live this Wednesday night, July 27 from 6-8pm at Henry Law Park in downtown Dover, New Hampshire.

We're a four-piece group that began playing mixed-genre music experimentally and started forging a new sound of our own. Over the years, the roots of crafting original music grew deep and our authentic style can best be described as "Homegrown Rock." Whether you're into mellow love songs, high energy jams, acoustic ballads, or anything in between we play it all.

Shark in the Park is a free, live, summer concert series each Wednesday night with your Classic Hits for the Seacoast, 102.1 and 105.3 The Shark, sponsored by Hill Top Fun Center.

LOOK: See America's 50 Best Beach Towns

Every beach town has its share of pluses and minuses, which got us thinking about what makes a beach town the best one to live in. To find out, Stacker consulted data from WalletHub, released June 17, 2020, that compares U.S. beach towns. Ratings are based on six categories: affordability, weather, safety, economy, education and health, and quality of life. The cities ranged in population from 10,000 to 150,000, but they had to have at least one local beach listed on TripAdvisor. Read the full methodology here. From those rankings, we selected the top 50. Readers who live in California and Florida will be unsurprised to learn that many of towns featured here are in one of those two states.

Keep reading to see if your favorite beach town made the cut.
