It looks like there are two names on the New Hampshire list that we agree with;  Olivia for a girl and Oliver for a boy, at least in the Top 10 choices.

Some other names on the New Hampshire list, according to nameberry.com, we also like Amelia, Emma, Nora, Sophia, Harper, Maeve and Isabella for the girls.

Names like Henry, William, James, Owen, Lucas, Noah and Levi are some of our other favorite boy names.

Nameberry also states that New Hampshire has the largest number of Irish residents in the country, so it's no surprise that there are names like Maeve, Declan and Finn on the list of favorites.

Giving Your Baby a the Right Name

I had the honor of naming a baby only once in my life.  I remember making lists narrowing it down to just a few names, but we decided on Colin.

I loved the name and somehow, even before we agreed on the name, I knew that was it.  Call it Mother's intuition, but I just knew. I started talking to him before he was born by name.

Whatever name you give your baby, you will love it, no matter what.
