2 Cities in Massachusetts Named in Top 10 Best Places to Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day
It only makes sense that there are two cities in the Top 10 for best ones to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Ireland is only a 5 hour plane ride away.
Many immigrants came to the U.S. to escape the potato famine, if my memory serves, including mine.
According to Wallethub, Boston and Worcester are both in the Top 10, with Boston scoring the Top spot.

The 2025 Parade Will Look a Little Different
Here's what Wallethub had to say about Beantown:
Boston is the best city for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in 2025, offering people plenty of festive activities. Boston is known for its huge St. Patrick’s Day parade, which brings in around a million visitors per year. Boston’s parade tradition is also one of the oldest in the land, dating back to 1724, before we were even an independent country!
Worcester, Massachusetts is 5th Best Place to Celebrate St. Patrick's Day
I didn't see this one coming, but it makes sense. Worcester is about an hour West of Boston and definitely has its own identity. The architecture seen from the highway looks almost European.
Here are the Top 10, according to Wallethub
10. Pittsburg, PA
9. Buffalo, NY
8. Henderson, NV
7. New York, NY
6. Chicago, IL
5. Worcester, MA
4. Santa Rosa, CA
3. Savannah, GA
2. Reno, NV
1. Boston, MA
