There is nothing better than seeing a live show at Fenway Park in Boston.  It *almost* doesn't matter who is on stage.  Having said that, each year, Fenway sees more and more artists in all genres.

The first concert at Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox, actually happened a lot longer ago than you even remember.

Who Played the First Concert at Fenway Park?

Ray Charles played the first concert at the iconic ballpark on August 21, 1959, according to setlist.fm.

After that, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band played Fenway on September 6, 2003.  At the time, it was a huge deal. Springsteen was the first rock act to play Fenway.

This year there are diverse artists again this year.  Like Hozier who hit the music scene about 10 or so years ago with his internet hit, "Take Me to Church."

Jason Aldean is also scheduled to play Fenway along with the legendary duo of Brooks & Dunn.

It is hard, for me anyway, to pick a favorite Jason Aldean song, but... this one always comes to mind.  I love the words, the chord changes and the simplicity of it all.

I have been fortunate to see several shows at Fenway Park and they all blew me away.  I really can't pick of favorite because I LOVE FENWAY PARK SO MUCH, it almost didn't matter who was on stage.   I just couldn't believe the love of the crowd and the incredible live music coming from the stage all in the home of the Boston Red Sox.  Awesome.
